Recent Hollywood celebrity gossip speculates that LIBERTY ROSS is now ready to forgive her husband, RUPERT SANDERS, for having an affair with KRISTEN STEWART.
No way?
If there were anyone who was immensely pissed and heartbroken about Kristen Stewart having an affair with her married director Rupert Sanders—other than Kristen‘s boyfriend Robert Pattinson, that is—it would be Sanders‘ wife, Liberty Ross… and for obvious reasons.
Especially since she was obviously blindsided—she grew close to the Kristen during the filming of “Snow White and the Huntsman” and even played her onscreen mom!
But in spite of all that, sources reveal that she is now ready to pardon her husband’s “momentary indiscretion”… barely two weeks since the scandal broke out.
A friend of Liberty‘s told Mandrake:
“[Liberty] is prepared to give Rupert a second chance. She accepts that it was just one of those silly flirtations.”
We wouldn’t actually call them “silly flirtations” judging from the photos that clearly showed the two engaging in steamy lip locks in Kristen’s car. But Rupert‘s 76-year-old dad, Michael Sanders, would probably agree with Liberty.
He also shared his thoughts about the affair, saying:
“This girl’s a pretty young thing and if you’ve been gadding around for five months, or what have you, you’re bound to get a bit friendly. This kind of thing gets blown out of all proportion.”
Another reason for Liberty to be forgiving is the fact that it did not escalate into a full-blown sexual affair. Kristen‘s other director from “Welcome to the Rileys” backed up the claim by tweeting:
“I’ll say right now what the manipulative media isn’t saying… Kristen did not have any type of sex with Rupert Sanders.”
