MARIA MENOUNOS recently admitted to star news that the idea of marriage scares her.
Why, Maria?
You would think that after dating for about 14 years, Maria Menounos would be comfortable enough with the thought of total commitment to her boyfriend, producer Keven Undergaro.
As it turns out, it’s the exact reason why they haven’t tied the knot yet.
The sexy “Extra” host explained to host Bethenny Frankel on her show airing on July 12:
“I think there was definitely a moment where we could have done it. And then there were family things and we were like, ‘No.’ Not the right time.”
Although Maria thought of getting hitched once or twice before, she and Keven just never really got around to actually go through with it. She revealed:
“The timing didn’t quite work out in the beginning when we really kind of felt it. And then after that, we got so busy. And we kind of realized, ‘Well, do we really need to get married?’ I don’t know. And that’s still kind of a question in my mind: Are you supposed to get married? Do you have to get married?”
Finally, she admitted:
“It doesn’t look like it works out that well a lot unfortunately, so it scares me.”
We can’t blame her though—even the happiest Hollywood couples break up every few months. But when it came to babies, the Greek actress was quick to admit that she is all for being pregnant and using her frozen eggs… when the right time comes.
Maria shared:
“I do want to have children.”
