NICKI MINAJ defended DRAKE when asked about his and CHRIS BROWN‘s bar brawl, star news reports.
The “Starships” singer was on BBC Radui 1Xtra on Saturday when she was asked about Chris Brown and Drake‘s bloody club fight, allegedly over their ex, Rihanna, that left innocent clubgoers and celebrities with serious injuries.
While the verdict is still not out on who started the fight by throwing glass bottles and who is responsible for the outcome, it seems Nicki has chosen a side when it came to the rappers’ opposition.
And what did she have to say about her pal, Drake?
Nicki told DJ Tim Westwood:
“[Drake] did nothing wrong, of course. Rumor are rumors, and that’s what it is.”
Although she seems to believe that Drake is actually innocent, the pop star thinks he shouldn’t have gotten involved in the incident in the first place.
Nicki shares:
“I don’t approve of talented people doing things that aren’t conducive to an amazing career. I spoke to Drake, and I told him from the bottom of my heart how I felt. I’m like, ‘Baby, you are a superstar, and I need you to realize that.”
Well, if Drake didn’t do anything wrong, how do we explain Chris‘ diss track about him?
Guess we’ll really have to wait before we can find out who is truly at fault that night…
