Hollywood news reveals that TOM CRUISE is “really sad about what’s happening” to his life nowadays, what with the impending danger of him losing his child forever and his ongoing divorce with his wife, KATIE HOLMES.
So what is Tom going to do about it?
While Tom Cruise‘s estranged wife Katie, who filed for divorce a week ago, has been flaunting her freedom in New York, the actor continues to hide away while shooting “Oblivion” in Iceland.
In fact, the “Rock of Ages” actor has been through a lot lately—he spent his 50th birthday without his family and continues to hear about speculations that Katie wanted out because she wants sole custody of Suri and to protect their daughter from the controversial Scientology church.
But, as Tom‘s lawyer recently revealed to BBC News, the distraught actor is just taking it one step at a time. Attorney Bert Fields spoke up:
“Tactically we can’t say where Tom will file a divorce case and if he’ll be seeking joint custody of Suri.”
He continued:
“It’s not Tom‘s style to do this publicly. He is really sad about what’s happening.”
According to Fields, the bitter battle is probably just about to start.
“We are letting ‘the other side’ (Katie and her team) play the media until they wear everyone out and then we’ll have something to say.”
