According to Hollywood news, JENNIFER LOPEZ and CASPER SMART are threatening to sue over recent allegations that Casper visited a “gay peepshow” in New York.
Uh oh.
As you may know, Jennifer‘s boy toy, Casper, was reportedly caught at a gay peepshow in New York early this week—and three weeks ago—alleging (for the nth time) that he could be, well, gay. Other reports even alleged that the back up dancer was caught with an exotic masseuse.
Now the couple has had it and are claiming that all reports are “false,” in spite of photographic evidence that at least proved Casper did enter the venue.
And because the rumor could ruin them both, the couple is now taking the issue to court. TMZ reported:
“The couple’s high-powered attorneys, Shawn Holley and Howard Weitzman, have teamed up and fired off letters to Star Magazine and In Touch … warning them the ‘reports’ are ‘false, malicious and defamatory’ and will cause ‘immense damage’ to the couple’s careers and reputations.”
The report added:
“In their letters, the lawyers have each demanded the mags print a full retraction … warning Smart and Lopez will “immediately file a lawsuit” if the magazines fail to do so.”
Apparently, pictures do say a thousand words… but believing them is an option.
