According to the latest star news, JUSTIN BIEBER‘s paparazzo highway pursuer has justified the dangerous car chase that he led in Los Angeles last month for photos of the pop star.
The paparazzo named Paul Raef, who is the first lucky pap to be charged under the new paparazzi law that punishes his kind for endangering celebrities for profit, has justified the dangerous car chase that he led for photos of Justin Bieber along the 101 Freeway last July 6.
In behalf of the pap, attorney David Kestenbaum told TMZ that his client’s motive was just to cover a breaking story, which ultimately gives him the “constitutional right to chase” the Biebs.
Furthermore, Kestenbaum and his client plans the “challenge” the new law, presumably as it violates his Raef‘s “First Amendment right to freedom of the press.”
This morning at 10:26 am, Kestenbaum reportedly asked the judge to dismiss the charges.
