According to the latest Hollywood news, LINDSAY LOHAN has been named as an official suspect in an alleged burglary that took place in a Hollywood Hills home.
Not good.
Things are looking even worse for Lindsay…
The actress, who has been charged for jewelry theft before, is now one of the suspects of an alleged burglary at Sam Magid‘s home in Hollywood Hills, where Lindsay had spent the night last week’s Sunday.
As previously reported by law enforcements, Magid lost $100,000 worth of watches and sunglasses the night that Lindsay and other guests—including Lindsay‘s assistant, Gavin Doyle, who is also a suspect—had an all-night house party. LiLo denied having anything to do with the burglary before she skipped town in the middle of last week.
The confusion happens next. TMZ reports:
“We’re told Sam has recanted his story and now says nothing was stolen. But our sources say cops are not closing out the investigation because they believe they have independent witnesses who can finger Lindsay and Gavin as the thieves.”
Uh-oh.
The site goes on to report that the lawyer for Lindsay and Gavin rejected the LAPD’s request to interview them about the incident.
Oh, and another thing: If Lindsay turns out to be the thief and gets caught, her probation could be violated and she would end up in jail… again.
