According to Hollywood celebrity gossip, RIHANNA made sure to warn CHRIS BROWN about her recent OPRAH interview, since she talked extensively (and very emotionally) about him for most of it.
Rihanna’s tearful interview with Oprah Winfrey on “Oprah’s Next Chapter” centers on her former relationship with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown, and even more so on the infamous assault that ended up being one of the most sensational celebrity news stories of the decade. And since Rihanna didn’t want Chris to be blindsided by the interview, she reportedly told him in advance that she and Oprah would most probably be talking about him and their shocking 2009 breakup. A friend of the “Turn Up The Music” singer tells HollywoodLife.com:
“He saw a few clip…of that Oprah interview, but [Rihanna] already told him ahead of time that they were going to bring up that old s***.”
The friend adds:
“I think Chris was hoping… that Oprah wouldn’t bring up that old s***. But I guess her network is dying so she had to bring up some old a**, boring… three-years-ago drama to get some ratings.”
Yes, it was three years ago. But if Rihanna didn’t open up about that, what else is there for her to talk about?
Right?
