The latest star news reports that SYLVESTER STALLONE‘s half-sister, TONI-ANN, died of lung cancer on Sunday.
Sylvester, who just lost his 36-year-old son Sage from drug overdose last month, has lost yet another family member.
The actor’s half-sister, Toni-Ann Filiti-Schaub—also known as the actress, Toni D’Alto—lost her prolonged battle with liver cancer and stage four lung cancer and passed away on Sunday night at her home, following her confinement at the UCLA’s Intensive Care Unit.
An insider told Radar Online earlier today:
“[Toni-Ann] passed away last night and it was somewhat expected.”
The source added:
“After being in the ICU she decided she wanted to die in the house so she could spend time with her family.”
At least she spent her last hours with the people who mattered most to her.
