Cher managed to appear cute and hot at the same time in this eye-popping outfit, which looks like it could cause seizures… and it probably can.
The British singer wore a very bright, multicolor tutu dress that was printed with different shapes in almost every color of the rainbow. The colorful number featured a purple petticoat underneath the skirt and metallic silver collar.
In addition to an array of gold statement jewelry, a pair of black, blue and white Nike high-top sneakers finished Cher’s look.
Beauty-wise, the 19-year-old opted for curls, dramatic eyeliner, and a glossy magenta lip color.
