After shaving the back of her head in the most bizarre haircut we’ve seen on her so far, the eccentric singer went back to her bizarre fashion roots—following a series of normal “people” clothes—for the launch of her new fragrance at Macy’s in NYC.
Gaga had people’s eyes bulging out of their eye sockets as she arrived in a shiny black dress, a metallic gold headdress, and sky-high platform boots with tiny, naked gold men climbing all over them.
Crazy, right?
Long, sideswept locks and pink lips finished the look.
