New KATE MIDDLETON nude photos have been published in the Italian tabloid, Chi, and will be out this Monday—just like they warned they would be.

Uh-oh.

It’s too late now for the Royals to prevent any other publication from letting more people have an eyeful of the future British queen’s now-famous bosom because the Italian tabloid, Chi, have printed their controversial issue with the half-naked Kate Middleton during her France vacation with her husband, Prince William.

The cover photos are pretty much the same as the invasive pics that has been making rounds in celebrity gossip websites, thanks or no thanks to Closer, the French magazine that originally published them.

However, unlike Closer—who is now facing a lawsuit for “breach of privacy”—the Italian tabloid boasts of a 26-page section devoted to the shots in addition to the cover collage (selected from the total of 200 images) showing the Duchess of Cambridge sunbathing with her top off and, as their editor insisted, completely nude in others.

Yikes!

Chi’s unstoppable editor, Alfonso Signorini, said in a statement:

“I am convinced by this scoop that Chi will be publishing on Monday because that is what we are talking about. These pictures are not offensive or in poor taste, they are not morbid and they do not damage the dignity of anyone.”

Despite the royal couple’s claims that they were unwittingly photographed in a private area, Signorini insisted:

“These pictures were taken while the couple were on a terrace and they were taken from a public place so there is no suggestion of an invasion of privacy.”

He also tweeted (and later deleted) on Saturday:

“Not even a direct call from the Queen [will stop me].”

He also taunted the Queen with another tweet yesterday, typing:

“Good Sunday to you all! Also to Her Majesty the Queen”

Geez.

Stay tuned…
