According to the latest Hollywood gossip, LINDSAY LOHAN claims she was physically assaulted in her own hotel room… by a man she met that same night at a club.
WHOA.
The troubled redhead certainly isn’t a stranger to violent fights—especially after her turbulent relationship with former girlfriend Samantha Ronson—but we doubt she was prepared for a physical confrontation with a man… especially a man she hardly knew.
Early this morning, Lohan called the police to report that she had been physically attacked in her New York City hotel room by a man she met at the Chelsea hotspot 1 Oak the evening before.
The alleged assault occurred after LiLo, who brought the man back to her hotel room to party with her friends, got into an argument with him for taking pictures of her using his phone.
The verbal disagreement soon turned physical.
TMZ reports:
“…he threw her on the bed causing scratches on her hands. We’re told Lindsay ran out of the room, but returned later. When she did, Lohan claims the man attacked her, choked her, threw her to the ground, and climbed on top of her.”
When one of Lindsay’s friends was finally able to pull the man off her, the actress pulled the fire alarm to signal for help and immediately alerted the cops.
LiLo’s alleged attacker, who was identified as Christian LaBella, was eventually apprehended and charged with two misdemeanor counts of assault and two charges of harassment.
