LINDSAY LOHAN is planning on suing her alleged hit and run victim for defamation, according to the latest Hollywood news.
Sure, Lindsay Lohan does not exactly have a good driving record and she has been caught driving under the influence of alcohol in the past, but she insists that she didn’t have any alcohol when she was arrested after allegedly striking a guy while driving her Porsche in New York last week.
In a report by TMZ, the accuser identified as Jose Rodriguez claimed the actress was slurring and “smelled like alcohol real bad” when the incident happened despite witnesses’ and cops’ report that she didn’t have alcohol that night.
Because LiLo reportedly thinks she was set up and that the allegations could negatively affect her career, she’s now planning on suing Rodriguez for his defamatory statements.
Also according to the site, Lohan said:
“I’m tired of people lying just to score a quick paycheck.”
