PARIS HILTON said gay men are “disgusting” and that most of them “probably have AIDS” in a secretly recorded conversation during a cab ride in New York early this month.

Oops… That’s not hot.

In an audio material secretly recorded during a cab ride in New York last September 7, Paris Hilton—who was in the city for Fashion Week—was heard making shocking derogatory remarks about gay men.

The hotel heiress-turned-wannabe deejay was talking to a gay man who was talking to her about an app called “Grindr” that helps gay men find sexual partners. Upon learning about the app, the liberated socialite reacted:

“Eww… Gay guys are the horniest people in the world.”

The gay friend then said, “Gay guys are too much,” and Paris said:

“They’re disgusting… and, dude, most of them probably have AIDS.”

Paris added:

“I would be so scared if I was a gay guy… you’ll, like, die of AIDS.”

The heiress’ rep released a statement in her defense, stating:

Paris Hilton’s comments were to express that it is dangerous for anyone to have unprotected sex that could lead to a life threatening disease.”

The rep also explained that the conversation simply “became heated” after her close gay friend told her a story about a gay man with AIDS having unprotected sex. The gay friend was showing her “Grindr,” which clearly encouraged random sex between gay men, when Paris made such comments.

According to the rep, the audio of Paris was simply “a portion” of the conversation that allegedly took place.

The rep continued:

“It was not her intent to make any derogatory comments about all gays. Paris Hilton is a huge supporter of the gay community and would never purposefully make any negative statements about anyone’s sexual orientation.”

Listen to the audio here.

Do you think the rep is telling the truth or was that just a cover up for Paris?
