TORI SPELLING underwent some emergency surgery due to a serious child birth complication, star news has learned.
Almost 3 weeks after welcoming her and husband Dean McDermott’s child, an adorable baby boy named Finn, Tori Spelling was rushed to the hospital over the weekend for an emergency surgery.
Apparently, the “Beverly Hills 90210″ actress delivered her fourth baby via C-section and it caused a complication on the fourth time mom. She reportedly remains hospitalized where she continues to receive medical care.
Fortunately, her surgery went well and a rep confirmed to Gossip Cop that Tori is “resting comfortably.”
