JESSICA SIMPSON is suing a tabloid for claiming that her husband, ERIC JOHNSON, is cheating on her.

Jessica Simpson has had it with tabloids who just can’t get the facts right!
According to sources, the first-time mom is finally suing the tabloid, Star, for whose cover claims her husband, Eric Johnson, is cheating on her.
The mag recently reported that Johnson was “sleeping with both” Jessica and his ex wife, Keri, and that “he’ll most likely do it again.”
Numerous outlets have already reported that the rumor is wrong, just as many of Star’s other published articles about Jessica’s recent pregnancy and others were completely untrue.
According to Gossip Cop:
“Now, a Simpson insider tells us that she and Johnson are ‘taking legal action’ because they have ‘had enough of this tabloid defaming them.’”
