PINK flaunted her killer post-pregnancy bod on the cover of Shape magazine’s November issue.
It’s like she never even gave birth!
First time mom Pink proves that a determination and hard work can make you lose as much as 55 lbs. (like she did!) and win you back your winning bod and washboard abs after pregnancy!
The famed pop star—who gained a lot of weight during her pregnancy and gave birth a little over a year ago to her adorable daughter with her husband Carey Hart, Willow—showed off her old new toned figure in a cover shoot for Shape magazine wearing just black underwear and a sheer mesh top with her signature pink hair.
What’s her secret?
Pink admitted that she has always been about “core and abs” and although there was some difficulty even in doing simple sit-ups at first, she worked to gain her momentum back. She had Freshology meals delivered and worked out for an hour and a half for 5 days a week in addition to rehearsals.
She admitted to People magazine in early September:
“I do the best I can. [But] I don’t stick to it. I drink wine. Every day is a cheat day!”
Obviously, it worked.
