KATY PERRY went for a dramatic look at the 9th Annual UNICEF Snowflake Ball on Tuesday.

It’s hard to believe that this is the same woman who wore a neon green slimed sports bra on the red carpet earlier this year.
Katy, whom we always see in multicolored dresses and outrageously sparkly outfits, was elegant and glamorous in a midnight blue gown by Naeem Khan, which featured a beaded waistband and sheer, flower-shaped panels and crystal beadwork from the neckline to the hem of the skirt.
A matching cape, sapphire and diamond drop earrings, a blue cuff, and a blue Judith Leiber clutch completed Katy’s über-dramatic look.
Beauty-wise, she opted for sleek, center-parted locks, smokey eyes, and nude lips.
