KELLY OSBOURNE wore a sexy floral Zimmerman dress at the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Woman of the Year Awards on Tuesday.

With her boyfriend Matthew Mosshart by her side—during what appears to be their very first red carpet appearance together—the British rockstar spawn and TV personality graced the event in a sexy white satin Zimmerman dress that again accentuated her much-slimmer figure.
The dress, which featured an elegant floral print and sexy sheer panels on the bodice, was paired with silvery-gray Casadei peep-toe pumps and black drop earrings.
Sideswept waves, light eye makeup, and a soft pink lip finished her look.
It’s a nice outfit, but the shoes seem too chunky for her dress. A silver or gray strappy sandal would have done wonders for this look.
