As always, Lucy is the epitome of cute.
The “Pretty Little Liars” star worked the red carpet in a black satin dress with a flared skirt, which she accessorized with a pair of red pumps, a silver statement necklace, and a cute silver clutch shaped like a pair of lips.
For her hair and makeup, the brunette beauty opted for curls, purple eye makeup, and a muted red lip.
While Lucy was undoubtedly gorgeous, her outfit seemed a bit too prom-y… and the wrinkles on her skirt pulled the look down a notch.
