LEANN RIMES may have just mocked the recent heartbreaking tragedy brought on by Hurricane Sandy in the East with her Halloween costume.
Just in case you don’t recognize it, LeAnn dressed as Sandy from “Grease.”
While celebrities dressed up in all sorts of costumes to scare, seduce and make people laugh, LeAnn Rimes‘ costume seriously raised some eyebrows.
The country star, who was just in rehab until a few weeks ago, seemed to be in good spirits as she and her husband Eddie Cibrian posed for a photo on Wednesday dressed as Sandy and Danny from the 1978 musical film “Grease,” alongside their two sons, who were dressed as a pint-sized Indiana Jones and a scruffy Navy Seal.
But now, LeAnn is currently facing backlash over the fact that her character bore the same name as the wild hurricane that wreaked havoc in the east coast over the weekend, prompting comments that it wasn’t coincidental.
Rimes has yet to comment on whether or not she did it on purpose but we have to admit that she did look good in her black full-body suit.
