According to the latest Hollywood news, GABRIEL AUBRY has just gotten off the hook for his battery case with OLIVIER MARTINEZ, which stemmed from their brawl on Thanksgiving morning.
Investigators have finally discovered that Gabriel Aubry did start the fight with his ex Halle Berry‘s fiance, Olivier Martinez, in her pad on Thanksgiving, but he won’t be prosecuted for it—and he has Halle and Olivier themselves to thank.
Weird how things turn out, huh?
According to a report by TMZ, the verdict was that some of Aubry‘s stories from the altercation were true. When he dropped off his and Halle‘s 4-year-old daughter, Nahla, Martinez did approach him and told him, “We have to talk.”
What took place afterwards was Aubry committing two batteries on Olivier before it turned into a full-on fight, leaving his face a mess.
The site reported:
“Based on interviewing the principles and witnesses, detectives have concluded Gabriel then pushed Olivier (battery #1) and swung at his face, making contact with his shoulder (battery #2). “
The report then stated that that was when Olivier defended himself with “3 quick punches” to Aubry‘s model face.
But we can all forget it now because apparently, Halle and Olivier think charging him for the crime won’t be in Nahla‘s best interest. The least that Aubry could get now as punishment are anger management classes as law enforcements are “concerned’ that ”Gabriel‘s ongoing anger issues.”
One law enforcer even suggests:
“It seems he’s still having a hard time getting over his break up with Halle.”
Are you happy about the verdict?
