Entertainment news reports L.A. REID has just announced that he “will not return” for the 3rd season of “The X Factor” next year.

Just after hiring two new judges this season—well-known pop stars Britney Spears and Demi Lovato—”The X Factor” will be losing one of its veteran judges… L.A. Reid.
Reid, who has shared the judging panel with Simon Cowell since the very beginning and has grown pretty close to the new recruits, revealed the bad news to Access Hollywood recently, saying:
“I have decided that I will not return to ‘The X Factor’ next year.”
The music executive and chairman of Epic Records explained:
”I have to go back — I have a company to run that I’ve kind of neglected.”
