KOURTNEY KARDASHIAN shared how she lost almost “45 pounds” just 6 months after the birth of her second child, her daughter PENELOPE, to Us Weekly.
Kourtney Kardashian could not be more proud of her current post-pregnancy bod, so she showed it off on the cover of this week’s issue of a gossip magazine.
Us Weekly features the “Kim & Kourtney Take Miami” star in a “series of unretouched pictures” showing her very pregnant with her second child with Scott Disick, Penelope, for the “before” shot and her with a flat and toned tummy six months after giving birth in July for the “after” shot.
Kourtney revealed in the newly-released December interview:
“It was harder to lose weight the second time around. I gained 45 pounds with Penelope.”
So how did she do it?
The magazine notes that Kardashian credited Tracy Anderson‘s 90-minute dance workouts and small portioned means to go back to her 106-pound weight.
But it wasn’t all that she cared for. She said:
“This time, the focus is really on being a mom and being present, knowing my priorities.”
True, but being a fit and sexy mom is definitely a plus!
