In recent celebrity news, MARIAH CAREY has finally opened up about her feud with NICKI MINAJ, saying that the rapper made “American Idol” an “unsafe work environment” for her.
Many of you are probably itching to watch the premiere of the latest “American Idol” season to see whether feuding judges Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj can last one episode without swearing at each other… or without someone threatening to shoot the other. Because staged or not, that’s definitely going to make for some entertaining TV.
But Mariah, who reportedly hired extra security following the incident where Nicki fired off a cuss-filled rant against her during one of the show’s tapings, isn’t entertained at all—not in the least.
During an interview on “Dateline” with Barbara Walters, Mariah admitted:
“It felt like an unsafe work environment. Anytime anybody’s reeling threats at somebody… you know, it’s just not appropriate.”
