In recent Hollywood news, JESSICA ALBA seemingly dissed GWYNETH PALTROW‘s new lifestyle cookbook, saying that it was less “grounded” than her new lifestyle book.
If you didn’t already know, notorious elitist Gwyneth Paltrow shares more of her extravagant lifestyle with her fans and loyal GOOP followers in her new book, “It’s All Good: Delicious, Easy Recipes That Will Make You Look Good and Feel Great,” which details her strict cleansing diet and the controversially restrictive diet she puts her children on.
Meanwhile, fellow actress and mom of two, the gorgeous and fit Jessica Alba, also released a similar book—“The Honest Life: Living Naturally and True To You”—and promoted it by talking about how it’s different from Gwyneth’s book (and GOOP blog) and Alicia Silverstone’s book, “The Kind Diet.”
Jessica tells the Daily News:
“Alicia Silverstone is a vegan, so she’s the extreme side of it… Gwyneth Paltrow probably lives a very similar lifestyle, but I didn’t grow up with a bunch of money, so my tips are much more grounded.”
The actress, who insists that her book is more relatable and that her lifestyle tips are more pocket-friendly, continues:
“I absolutely do these things. That’s why I wrote the book… There’s lots of options, like delivery services for fresh produce that is organic, if people just want to do a couple of things in the book that are super-easy… You can take what you want from the book.”
What do you think? Was Jessica dissing Gwyneth?
