KELLY ROWLAND has responded to KEYSHIA COLE‘s diss against Destiny’s Child by saying, “we matter to a lot more people.”
You may remember that Keyshia Cole ruthlessly bashed Destiny’s Child—specifically one of their members Michelle Williams for “always f*ckn the groove up”—after their surprise reunion performance at the Super Bowl halftime show early last month.
Now another member, Kelly Rowland, is defending her friend and her group against the R&B has-been singer.
After noting that she “didn’t even make it on my radar until other people brought it up,” Kelly told Rolling Stone:
“It didn’t even matter. We had a wonderful performance, and that’s all I cared about. I was with my sisters and the three of us matter to each other, and that’s all that counts.”
“We matter to a lot more people, with all due respect, than her. So, I really don’t care what she said.”
What can you say about Kelly‘s catty (yet very honest) comeback?
