LAUREN CONRAD has gone blonder… blonder than she’s ever gone before.

Lauren Conrad has tried a lot of different but wearable hair trends… including the dip-dyed hair trend, which she has done in hot pink and a subtle, pretty peach color.
But this time, Lauren‘s gone for a simple, more natural hair change by dyeing it a lighter, California Girl blonde color.
When asked why she made the change, the former reality star told Us Weekly:
“I just felt like going blonder. I don’t really have like a cool reason… I hadn’t been very blonde in a while. We were in my hairstylist’s studio and we just decided to do blonde.”
It’s certainly different, as Lauren‘s former hair color is more of a dark, dark (almost brown) blonde:
