The latest Hollywood news tells us LINDSAY LOHAN intentionally missed her flight to go clubbing in New York just hours before her Monday court hearing in Los Angeles.

This coming Monday is a VERY important day for Lindsay Lohan, as all were her past court hearings that determined whether or not she was headed to jail.
As previously reported, the troubled actress is facing charges for her car crash case at the Pacific Coast Highway in June last year. And because she insists that she is not guilty of lying to cops about it and then rejected a plea bargain that offered her a free get-out-of-jail card, she is now due to attend the said trial (with her unofficial California lawyer in tow).
But being Lindsay, of course that wasn’t going to happen without more reports about her obvious lack of responsibility.
Apparently, she ditched her original flight and decided to squeeze in some precious clubbing time before the hearing.
TMZ reports:
“Sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ she had a flight scheduled from NY to LA yesterday at around 9:00 PM ET … but skipped it. Instead, Lindsay was at a club in New York to see a band called City of the Sun.”
It’s not too late, though. Lindsay is reportedly “trying” to schedule a last minute flight.
She better make it if she doesn’t want a bench warrant!
