Hollywood news reports that JUSTIN BIEBER is being sued for allegedly attacking a photographer—with a “martial arts-type kick.”
Justin Bieber faces yet another lawsuit regarding an alleged paparazzi attack.
The pop star, who hit headlines recently for threatening a photographer and stealing his memory card, is being sued for kicking a photographer in April last year after a date with ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez at The Commons in Calabasas.
To be honest, it wouldn’t be much of a surprise considering how he’s treated media people in the past.
According to a report by TMZ, the pap–named Jose Osmin Hernandez–was taking pictures (along with a few other shutterbugs) of the former couple at the time when Justin got pissed and jumped out of his Mercedes, which he was maneuvering out of the parking lot.
A ticked off Bieber then allegedly “delivered a martial arts-type kick … in the lower rib cage on the left side of his abdomen.” He reportedly didn’t stop, adding that Justin also “used his left fist to punch the photog on the right side of his face” and pushed Hernandez against a parked car.
Selena doesn’t seem to have witnessed the alleged incident as she just returned a few minutes later to look for her cellphone and apologized to Justin.
Hernandez doesn’t clarify exactly how much he wants for the attack in the documents.
Clearly, Justin‘s got his hands full, what with this lawsuit and others for assault, battery, theft, death threats and reckless driving.
