Hailey Glassman subpoenaed to testify against Jon Gosselin! TLC is going forward with their lawsuit against Jon, claiming breach of contract. Hailey is on the list to testify against him, as well as Michael Lohan, Jon’s manager and lawyer Mark and Mike Heller.

Stephanie Pratt faces jail time for her DUI. Stephanie Pratt was pulled over on October 18th on a suspicion of a DUI. Pratt was then locked up and released on a whopping $5, 000 bail! She could land herself in jail for up to six months.

Jon Gosselin will not date Nadya Suleman for a TV show. Rumors swirled yesterday that Jon had agreed to a show with Nadya aka Octomom and that they would bring the 22 kids together. Can you imagine? Even that reality is so far fetched, it is hard to believe!
