As previously reported, Amanda Bynes was arrested on Thursday night for possession of marijuana after building personnel caught her smoking pot in the lobby of her NYC apartment and called the police on her.
She then made matters worse by throwing a bong out of a window when the arresting officers arrived at her home and tried to question her about the charges.
