As we previously reported, allegations were made that the X Factor judge was set to finalise her divorce to the Chelsea star within the next week, even hitting the love-rat with a live long gagging order preventing him from ever talking about her again.

A source revealed: “There is no divorce. It has been weeks and weeks since Cheryl discovered Ashley had supposedly been cheating on her but she hadn’t seen or spoken to a lawyer.”

Why do you think Cheryl is dragging her feet? She has money, a career, houses. What could she possibly need or want from Ashley?

She wore the large silver and red ring as she joked with fans outside her hotel in Paris. But her bling jewellery had disappeared by the time she performed live on Vivement Dimanche TV show.

Cheryl allegedly refused calls from Ashley and she told friends that she wanted a divorce, so she can move on with her life. Now it seems the X Factor judge has had a change of heart, as Ashley begs for another chance according to the Daily Mail. Just how many chances does this guy want?

Now even worse than the news of counseling, is the disturbing rumor from a source that claims that Cheryl has even started to believe she is also to blame for the breakdown of their marriage. It is believed the couple will have their first counseling session next week.

Maybe Cheryl should get online and look up a person named Elin Nordegren. They could probably share a few tips. Or even a drink together.

Cheryl is said to be going back on Jonathan Ross to talk about her break up with Ashley on March 21, Friday.

As reports by Metro, a friend of Cheryl told the Sun: “Cheryl regrets having the tattoo done in the first place. As far as she’s concerned, there’s no going back and she wants to remove any trace of Ashley as soon as possible. She knows that having the tattoo removed will be painful. But she doesn’t want to be reminded of her cheating ex every time she turns her back to the mirror.”

Cheryl will have it done at a top LA clinic. It’ll take ten painful sessions with a gap of six weeks between each one.

Cheryl first revealed her ink back in November 2007 at her band mate, Kimberley Walsh’s birthday and two months after revealing the “Mrs C” on her neck, her cheating husband’s affairs started to surface.

She forgave him then but I guess enough is enough.

Cheryl will be on the Jonathan Ross show on March 21 to talk about her split with her hubby, soccer pro Ashley on March 21, Friday.

I guess we’ll have to start calling Cheryl, Cheryl Tweedy instead of C. Cole.

As the Daily Mail reports, after enduring more than a week of humiliating revelations about her husband’s serial betrayals, the X Factor judge finally declared their union was over yesterday afternoon.

You do know that Cheryl had taken the cheating husband back in the past when he was busted screwing two other women, right?

The Daily Mail also reports that:

The couple are squaring up for a £22 million ($34 million) divorce battle
Ashley offered to go into sex rehab like Tiger Woods
He was calling Cheryl every ten minutes begging for a reconciliation

Cheryl’s parting words were: ‘You have lied and lied and lied. I’ll see you around.’
She is already looking to buy a £2.1m  ($3.2m) villa in Hollywood

Last night Ashley has reportedly bombarded Cheryl with desperate phone calls begging her to save their marriage. He was said to have left a string of emotional voicemails begging her to reconsider their separation, but she refused to answer the calls, according to the Sun.

Sounds like another Tiger Woods scandal to you?

Welcome to Hollywood! Cheryl has also allegedly taken up Simon Cowell’s offer to be an X Factor judge in the US as it debuts! Looks like it’s goodbye Ashley and hello Derek! I like that idea. I’m just wondering whether Cheryl is going to keep her Mrs. Cole tattoo on the back of her neck.

Daily Mail reports that Cheryl was spotted with Derek for the third time since she arrived in L.A. The two watched Valentine’s Day together and later dined at Katsuya with some of Derek’s friends.

Derek was picked up by Cheryl’s chauffer-driven limo and taken to the Arclight Cinema in Hollywood where the duo watched the romantic movie together. 

Hough, 24 is a professional dancer, you must have seen the hottie if you followed Dancing with the Stars. Hough had danced on DWTS for several seasons.

As for Cheryl, the X-Factor judge as gorgeous as she is, her husband, Ashley has cheated time after time. Does this remind you of Tiger and Elin?  Ashley was busted cheating and their marriage almost fell apart, she took him back. Who would have guessed that he’d cheat again?

Reports are saying that Cheryl will be asking for a divorce in a few weeks time.

Cheryl, 26 admitted that she found it very difficult to trust people including her soccer star husband Ashley Cole.
‘I don’t trust anybody,’ she tells Elle magazine.

Asked whether there was really no one in her life that she trusted, Cheryl said:
