Hollywood rumors say Kris is ready to testify in his annulment proceeding that Kim cut him off from sex almost immediately after their $18 million wedding extravaganza last August. Was it because Kim was so busy figuring out the take from their nuptials, or did she have her head wrapped around conceptualizing her reality shows to include her then-husband?

“Almost immediately after the wedding, they stopped having sex,”

a source told Life&Style Magazine. And Kris is dead set on taking her to court about it.

“Kim’s freaking out. All of her dirty laundry will be aired and there is a lot to air. Kim is a calculating person who does things to benefit her wallet. That’s her top priority! Everything will come out in court — even their sex life.”

While we usually take these kinds of reports with a grain of salt, Life&Style commands more credibility than most tabloids since the Kardashian sisters normally use the publication as part of their self-promotion.

Only last April, Kourtney graced the cover of Life&Style in a bikini three weeks in a row. A month later, Khloe and Kim covered the magazine for two consecutive weeks. In fact, the magazine has hyped just about every angle of the Kardashian Klan’s money-making schemes.

And now they’re saying Kim cut Kris out of the bedroom as soon as they tied the knot. And if allegations they didn’t consummate their marriage turn out to be true, then Kris‘ grounds for annulment based on fraud would be considerably strengthened.

So how will Kris Humphries explain all those honeymoon photos?

Is this Kimmy‘s way of saying she regrets putting her wallet above her heart during the course of her 72-day union with New Jersey Nets forward, Kris Humphries?

The reality show starlet put on a (nearly) bare face for her celebrity photo shoot for Allure’s March issue where she talked about working on a fresh start, because hey…she considers herself forever the optimist.

“Will I be more private of a person? Am I more guarded? Absolutely,”

Kim declared in an exclusive interview with the magazine.

“But, also, I’m a firm believer that my show is who I am.”

Does that mean she still hasn’t learned any lessons from her extremely brief marriage?

“[The experience] definitely made me want to be more private with my relationship, whenever I choose to get into one again. I’m not ready, but when that time comes, I’ll be more cautious about who I let my world open up to.”

Kim continued.

And for a person who spends most of her time “baring” intimate details of her life to a TV audience, maybe that may mean doing a more thorough background check on her next beau to ensure they aren’t liable to come after her for fraud like her ex-spouse, Kris Humphries is doing.

The heavily tattooed rapper tweeted yesterday afternoon, making people wonder whether he’d just put a ring on it.

But before we could imagine Weezy in a tuxedo saying “I do,” the guy came back on Twitter to correct the misconception he’d caused.

He sounded out to all the reactions to his cryptic tweet.

Kim walked the red carpet at the pre-Grammy event in a figure-hugging Antonio Berardi gown, which featured a skin-toned embellished bodice and a modest train.

The reality star completed the look with gold drop earrings and a large gold cocktail ring.

As for hair and makeup, the ultra-curvaceous Kardashian went with cascading curls, shimmery gold eye makeup, lush lashes, and glossy nude lips.

Honestly, that’s just way too much cleavage. The dress is beautiful, but we think it lost a lot of elegance points due to Kim’s in-your-face watermelons.

The sexy R&B singer dropped jaws when she debuted her drastic ombre hairstyle, which was basically black at the roots (her natural hair color), fading to a dark brown color around her cheekbones, and then bleached blonde up to the the ends.

Ciara has actually had ombre hair for a while now, but her old style was definitely less severe… it was more of black at the roots with a gradual lightening towards the ends, instead of this two-tone look.

We’re not so sure we like the look, but there is one positive thing about it… Ciara won’t have to go to the hairdresser every few weeks to touch up her roots.

In the days before her sudden death, Whitney had reportedly been telling her friends that she “really wanted to see Jesus” and that she had a feeling her life would be over soon.

According to the singer’s friends, Whitney became extremely spiritual in the days prior to her death. She reportedly talked a lot about Jesus Christ and the afterlife, occasionally quoting scriptures and singing religious songs.

Just one day before her death, Houston reportedly told one of her friends:

“I’m gonna go see Jesus … I want to see Jesus.”

And hours before she was found lifeless in a bathtub in her room at the Beverly Hilton, Whitney, who had been discussing a bible passage with some companions, said:

“You know, he’s so cool … I really want to see that Jesus.”

TMZ reports:

“Whitney had been telling friends she “felt like her time was coming” … and wanted to make sure she spent her time praising her lord and savior whenever she could.”

Sadly, Whitney was right.

But we’re glad to know that she seemed prepared for it.

Avalanna Routh, 6,  is battling a very rare form of brain cancer known as ATRT. This year, her Valentine’s Day wish was to have a date with pop singing sensation, Justin Bieber. Now we understand why Justin skipped the 54th Grammy Awards on Sunday to have a pre-Valentine’s Day date with girlfriend, Selena Gomez. He’d earmarked the day of hearts for this special and brave little girl who only wanted to spend some time with her favorite pop star.

This isn’t the first time Justin Bieber has acted out of the goodness of his heart. Last month, he started a Twitter brigade urging his followers (all 17.4 million of them) to support organ and blood donation in Canada after a fan pleaded with him to help spread the word. As a result of the Bieb‘s social media efforts, the Ontario-based Trillium Gift of Life Network saw donations rise to 1,200 people, more than four times the amount the network usually receives.

The 35-year-old Grammy award winner was taking pictures of sea lions along with other tourists while on vacation in Cape Town over the weekend. And it looked like she irked one of the creatures who took great exception to her Blackberry’s up close and personal invasion of its space…

As Shakira tells it:

“This afternoon I happened to see some sea lions and seals. I thought to myself how cute they were so I decided to get a bit closer than all of the other tourists and went down to a rock trying to pet them doing a baby talk while taking pictures…”

She writes on her Facebook account.

“Suddenly, one of them jumped out of the water so fast and impetuously that it got about one foot away from me, looked me in the eye, roared in fury and tried to bite me. Everyone there screamed, including me. I was paralyzed by fear and couldn’t move, I just kept eye contact with it while my brother “Super Tony” jumped over me and literally saved my life, taking me away from the beast. We both got our hands and legs scratched by the rocks while trying to protect ourselves. I believe what happened is that it confused the shiny reflection of the blackberry I was taking these pics with, with some sort of fish. It probably thought I was teasing it with food and then taking it away from it.”

That just goes to show that you never fool around with the wildlife, or they may just decide you look good enough to be an early dinner.

“Wow! It’s funny that only half an hour before I was complaining to my guide Andrew that I never get to see wild animals up close on adventurous trips. Oh well, I can’t say that anymore!! Now I’m off to see some penguins! I hope they are a bit more friendly!”

Guess Shakira got more than she bargained for. At least the penguins were indeed friendlier…
