This time in her very familiar place perhaps, Las Vegas for a good cause though, it’s at the 7th Annual Clark County Medical Society Alliance Silent Auction & Fashion Show. Guess Sarah doesn’t get paid for it. I am just guessing so don’t quote me on this one. So I guess she gets exposure and doing some good deeds, why not?
