With being a supermodel, she might not want to wreck her career by having a baby. Or maybe not wreck it, but take a chance on her body – since that is how she earns a living.

“[Getting pregnant has] never been an objective for me,” Canalis tells the Italian edition of Cosmopolitan. “My maternal desires are fully satisfied with my dogs.”

George and Elisabetta make a nice looking couple. And if neither of them want kids, good for them for finding each other. You don’t have to have kids to be happy people.

That’s right, his drunken, grumpy appearance at the Oscars, where he happened to be with his girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis. Now, why does George look so happy in Hawaii one week later? Is it just because he’s in Hawaii, that lucky bas****? Or is it because there’s no sign of Elisabetta? Because I’m starting to wonder she got pushed away just as soon as Clooney finished campaigning for his second Oscar. I’ve been thinking for a few months that Canalis was on her way out, and I seriously can’t find any news about whether Canalis is in Hawaii with him – methinks he already sent her packing back to Italy.

Do you think he really did dump her or she just went to do some projects of her own for a while? I think George just needs some alone time…

I have no problem with anyone having a few drinks especially on such an occasion but coming out with a flask inside his tux? Is that a bit too immature for someone like George?

George was nominated for his role in “Up in The Air”, I think it would have been quite funny if he had won the Best Actor Award and had to make an acceptance speech. George always seems to pull it off anyway, he’s a class sober or not.

Kanye royally made an a$$ of himself at the VMAs and it doesn’t seem people have forgotten. Taylor Swift will be performing on the telecast though. Coincidence? From the New York Daily News:

During a televised goodwill event for Hurricane Katrina victims in 2005, West ranted that “George Bush doesn’t care about black people.”And at the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards, the rapper surprisingly stormed the stage to interrupt Taylor Swift as she was accepting an award.

“After what he said on the Katrina telethon and the way he behaved at the MTV Video Music Awards, everyone agrees it’s just best that he does not participate,” a source said.

“Kayne has to make everything about himself,” the source added. “He will do anything to steal the spotlight and, well, this night it’s just not about him.”

It’s about time Kanye had some consequences for his behavior. He needs to know rudeness isn’t tolerated, no matter how much you think you are right.

London will offer the band Coldplay, and a Group Performance by Bono, The Edge, Jay-Z, and Rihanna all together.

On January 23rd, the Apple® iTunes® Store will sell the $.99 per song performances with proceeds going to the various Haiti Relief Funds.

In addition to musical performances, Wyclef Jean in New York City, George Clooney in Los Angeles, and CNN’s Anderson Cooper reporting from Haiti, “Hope for Haiti Now” will feature more than one hundred of the biggest names in film, television, and music supporting the cause with testimonials and by answering phones during the telethon.

Well, not so fast. Clooney has swiftly denied any such thing. In fact, he says he wouldn’t date himself for too long:

“I tried marriage and it didn’t work. I have had long relationships with women and they get bored with me working all the time. My fear is that I would make a lousy husband and I don’t want to put myself, or anyone else, through the pain of finding out. If I was my girlfriend, I wouldn’t put up with me for very long!”

See, this doesn’t make much sense. We’re sure he could dig up some sort of gold digger to tend to his pool while he’s on location…

According to our friend over at Pop Eater, their sources are saying just that. George takes Elisabetta to all his red carpet interviews. Last night at the Golden Globes, it was no exception. He kept her at his side every point of the night. How cute, looks like Georgie is in love.

A friend of Clooney tells Pop Eater that she’s the one!

“When you find love after years of looking, you want to shout it from the rooftops and that’s just what he was doing,”  “He is crazy about her. I have never seen him like this before. He’s smitten.”

George will take part in the fundraising program to be telecast on MTV networks. Other celebrities taking part in the fundraising will be announced in upcoming days.

Wyclef Jean, a Haitian native, has personally traveled to the country to help and is raising donations to his charity, Yele Haiti. Wyclef is describing conditions in the Haitian capital as “the apocalypse,” he said Haiti needed to raise a million dollars a day to survive.

Doctors Without Borders says Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have donated $1 million to the group’s emergency medical operation. – via CNN

Don’t forget to watch the MTV telethon fundraising next Friday. Be sure to make a monetary donation no matter how small.. it adds up. Besides doing good deeds, you also get to watch these gorgeous philanthropic celebrities giving back as well. Hey, who knows maybe George will shave off his bushy beard. Come on George!

Clooney‘s friends say the actor was disappointed because Madonna insisted on making bad jokes throughout the date and had no interest in discussing, say, Darfur with the actor.

“He figured she is a smart, accomplished woman so why not give it a try?” a source said. “They went out for dinner in New York, but it turned out really bad. She kept trying to make jokes that weren’t at all funny the entire time and didn’t want to have a real conversation. He could not wait to get out of there.”

Oh, yes. Because Clooney‘s normal dating roster of Las Vegas cocktail waitresses we’re sure keep the conversation lively.

Canalis, the Italian beauty has been dating George Clooney since the summer and George seems to be completely smittened by his gorgeous girlfriend. He’s been showering her with expensive gifts, taking her to all his red carpets and rumor has it that he’s asked her to move in with him! Until we hear the wedding bells, we are not yet totally convinced! But one thing for sure they look darn good together!

Gorgeous Elisabetta Canalis, the 30-year old Italian actress continues to be the envy of women everywhere as George Clooney’s newest girlfriend and she made sure to grab tightly on to her new property on the dance floor of Venice, Italy’s Hotel Cipriani. With George’s hand still wrapped after an injury from slamming his hand in a car door, Clooney held Canalis close on the dance floor, whispering into her ear. As he gently kissed her neck, Canalis smiled and grabbed Clooney’s butt to give it a tight squeeze.

They look lovely together perhaps this lady is to stay?

Clooney has been photographed with Canalis numerous times ever since the duo had a double date with another couple on July 22nd. The question is not whether the couple is hitting it off, we are more interested in whether Canalis is capable of tying down one of the most eligible bachelors out in Tinseltown. 

What is George looking for in a woman? My thinking: beauty, beauty and beauty. Canalis’ got it all so only time will tell.. perhaps Clooney has met his match this time, you think?
