George Clooney to host MTV telethon Fundraising for Haiti victims. Clooney and other celebrities are giving back by showing their philanthropic gesture. Clooney is to host the MTV telethon to aid the devastated island nation, the event will be broadcasted on next Friday, January 22.

George will take part in the fundraising program to be telecast on MTV networks. Other celebrities taking part in the fundraising will be announced in upcoming days.

George Clooney went on a date with Madonna after she split from Guy Ritchie. Oh, wow. Now that’s two we’d never even put in the same room, let alone the same bed! However, judging from reports it isn’t certain the whole “bed” part happened. Afterall, it was only one date and according to sources close to Clooney he had a terrible time.
