Gabriel Aubry is starting a custody battle with Halle Berry. Gabriel is less than pleased that media attention has turned to their broken relationship and he wants to hide in Canada for awhile, with two year old Nahla!

Does he really think running to Canada will keep the photographers away? They will chase him anyway! Didn’t he already go there months ago, when Halle first kicked him out? From Radar Online:

In fact, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that Aubry is so unhappy that he is even considering lawyering up and launching a custody battle, with the sole aim of taking his precious 2-year-old to Canada to live away from the Hollywood spotlight.

I think any smart judge would recognize that the excitement over them will die down in a couple days or weeks and that Canada isn’t necessary. Why do you think Gabriel really wants to go to Canada?

Halle Berry kicked Gabriel Aubry out months ago….according to sources. These claims come back sounding as quite defensive and from Halle’s team! They must be countering the claims that Halle was too old for Gabriel by getting a few licks in of their own!

Rumors started that Gabriel was behind the split because Halle was too old for him. Her team says via People Magazine:

”She kicked him out months ago because he wasn’t able to pull his weight in the relationship and she wanted to move on,” a source close to Berry and Aubry tells PEOPLE.

“They’re very amicable in healthy ways because of their child,” adds the source referring to the couple’s 2-year-old daughter Nahla. “Her main concern is for the health and happiness of her daughter.”

I can see Halle kicking him out. Which story do you believe – too old or not pulling their weight?

What is the real reason behind Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry’s split? A source close to the situation says Aubry,34 was the one who threw in the towel, their 9-year age difference was taking a toll.

A source tells Radar Online, “Gabriel just felt it wasn’t working anymore,” “When they were first together the 9-year age difference between them didn’t phase him, she [Halle Berry, 43] was the most beautiful woman he had ever dated and he was totally in love.” “But as time went on he started feeling it more and more.”

“Gabriel is a really nice, decent guy and he would never cheat on her, but I suspect that he had become attracted to someone and that he felt he needed to break it off with Halle before anything developed any further.”

They say three’s the charm, it didn’t happen for Berry. She’s had two failed marriages and we really thought Gabriel was the one. They also have a gorgeous two-year old, Nahla Ariela Aubry together.

Halle’s first marriage to former baseball player, David Justice ended bitterly after 5 years amid accusations from Berry of domestic abuse.

Halle’s second marriage, to R & B singer Eric Benet ended after four years when Halle busted Eric for cheating on her. Halle filed for divorce despite Benet going into treatment for sex addiction. Sounds familiar?

Berry and Aubry’s split is said to be amicable.

A source adds “But I think Halle has taken it pretty badly, she truly loved Gabriel and thought she had found the one.”

Just sad! I hope Halle really find someone to settle down with. She seemed to so happy with Gabriel. But then again one door closes another one opens, right? One has to be positive

Halle Berry Steps Out with A New Man

Halle Berry stepped out with a new mystery man over the weekend! Berry was pictured holding hands with an unknown gent leaving Broadway play “Fences.” He might not be Gabriel Aubry when it comes to looks but he could just help Berry get through as a rebound boyfriend. Halle and Gabriel call it quits after five years and having a two-year old gorgeous daugher “Nahla” together. Sad!

Aubry says he’s sad about the break up and tells Access Hollywood:

“I am sad to say that Halle and I have decided together to separate at this time. She is, and will forever be one of the most special and beautiful people that I have ever known, and I am certain that we will continue to have only love and respect for one another…We have been blessed with the most amazing daughter in the world,” Aubry’s statement continues. “Her happiness and well-being are the most important things in the world for us.”

Halle sure moves on fast then again are they really dating? A source tells People magazine, the so-called “Mystery guy” Berry was pictured holding hands with in NYC on Friday night, he’s just an old friend.

“The photographers were chasing them so he just instinctively grabbed her hand.”

Halle Berry splits from her baby daddy Gabriel Aubry. Halle and Gabriel have 2 year old Nahla together, but have supposedly already worked out a deal for custody. How sad!

I guess this split happened months ago. The last time they were pictured together was in August! According to Radar Online:

A source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com that Gabriel was the one who pulled the plug on their five year relationship and that the age difference – he’s 34, she’s 43 – played a role.

“Gabriel just felt it wasn’t working anymore,” the source says. “When they were first together the 9-year age difference between them didn’t phase him, she was the most beautiful woman he had ever dated and he was totally in love.

I guess Halle was never pregnant with baby #2! Or maybe that was part of the problem, that she was older and there couldn’t be any more kids. Why do you think Gabriel really ended it?

Sandra Bullock Wins Oscar and Razzie in Same Weekend

Sandra Bullock wins an Oscar Award and a RAZZIE Award in the same weekend! Sandra was even a great sport and went to accept her Razzie in person. Not many people are brave enough to do that…Halle Berry was the last one to do it years ago…and I think she also won an Oscar for Monsters Ball that same weekend.

Sandra seems like a great person to be around. how cool that she took how the best and the worst statues! From USA Today:

Bullock came on stage, pulling a wagon filled with DVDs, noting, “We brought everybody in the audience a DVD of All About Steve. ” She asked the audience members to watch it, rethink their decision and if they agree that she really wasn’t that bad, “I will come back next year. I will give back the Razzie.” (She actually won 2 – one for worst actress and one for worst screen couple with Bradley Cooper.)

How come Sandra took all the heat for this bad movie when Bradley Cooper was in it too? Oh well…she got an Oscar to prove her acing abilities are otherwise.

Halle Berry Pregnant With Baby Number 2

Halle Berry might be knocked up with baby number 2. Life and Style reported that the 43-year-old Berry is three months pregnant with her second child. This is particularly poignant, because the magazine claims Berry tried 30 (30!) times to get pregnant before succeeding through artificial insemination with Nahla in 2007.

Her friend told Life and Style:

“Halle is overjoyed,” says an insider close to Halle and the baby’s father, model Gabriel Aubry. “The first time, she struggled so much to get pregnant and eventually conceived through in vitro fertilization. This time, the baby was conceived through artificial insemination. She’s just ecstatic to be pregnant again. She wasn’t sure if she’d have another baby, so she’s very happy!”

Halle Berry doesn’t think she will last forever with her mate Gabriel Aubry. Oh, that gives me a chance doesn’t it? Just kidding. The former Bond girl, Berry has had two bad marriages and says her previous bad relationship experiences made her never to walk down the aisle again.

Expectations often kill a relationship and being the best you can be right now right here is usually the best way to make a relationship last, isn’t it?

Halle Berry looks like she is hiding a pregnancy. Halle has a daughter who is 1 1/2, so it would be about the right time to think about having another baby. But why would Halle want to hide the great news from her fans?

Halle is in her 40s, so maybe she is waiting until the pregnancy progresses until the later stages before making it known. Perez Hilton says this is the third time she has been caught in a baggy outfit recently:

It just seems to keep getting larger! Maybe she’s just enjoying herself?

The usually fit and slim Berry has also been spotted wearing some loose fitting clothes lately.

And one can only imagine why! Especially with that hunk of a Canadian model boyfriend, Gabriel Aubry.

Halle already has an adorable daughter, 16-month-old Nahla, but could a second child be on the way? Or is Berry really just getting fat?

If Halle wants to keep it a secret, for whatever reason, so be it. Time will tell soon enough! God luck if it’s true.

Halle is the best person to be a Relvon’s Age Defying products spokeswoman. At 42, she looks as hot as ever. So hot that she was given the Guys Choice Decade of Hotness Award at from Spike TV. Oh, in case you missed it, Jamie Foxx presented the award to Halle and they started making out on stage – locking lips, not just that Halle reached for Jamie’s crotch and he grabbed her behind. Now, that’s Hollywood folks. I hope her hot beau, Gabriel Aubry finds it amusing like me.

Halle Berry is certain she and boyfriend Gabriel Aubry will never get married. Halle was on the Ellen DeGeneres Show Monday (partially to celebrate daughter Nahla‘s first birthday) and confirmed that children may definitely be on the horizon, but not a wedding. It was actually Gabriel who said, “We have no plans for marriage. We are more married than ever, really.” This may be a smart move seeing as Halle has two failed marriages under her belt.

Regardless, the couple might have more kids. Halle says:

Yeah, my mind says yes, but the rest isn’t up to me — so we’ll see. I hope I don’t have, like, 14 more!” she jokes. That’s all I hope.”

Very funny, Halle. But thankfully having 14 children, unlike lots of things in this big, bad world, is purely up to you. But we’d love to see you with an OctoMom type of belly. Why would you want to rob the public from that image? Regardless, Gabriel says she’s the “perfect mom.” Awww.
