Heidi Montag is accusing Hills creator Adam Devillo of sexual harassment. Ever since Heidi Montag emerged from the pressure cooker with ten new plastic surgery procedures, she says Devillo has been inappropriately touching her on her “lower back and ass cheeks.”

According to The Hollywood Gossip, a source close to Speidi say the duo are about ready to press charges. In the past, Devillo has come under fire for his rumored sexual relationship with Lauren Conrad. A source (that sounds an awful lot like Heidi Montag) said:
