Jessica Simpson recently Twittered to the masses that Melrose Place is crap, suggesting that her recently fired sister, Ashlee, is too good for the series. Ashlee Simpson (much to EVERYBODY’s chagrin) scored a role on the revamped Melrose Place on the CW. It only took a few short months before producers realized she couldn’t act and fired her.

Jessica Simpson got a tattoo on her arm. Jessica was in India filming for her new beauty show and appears to have gotten beautified herself. The tattoo is on her hand, wrist and lower arm area.

Simpson tells People magazine at the QVC Presents FFANY Shoes on Sale event in NYC:
Jessica Simpson gets bashed by Burger King. Jessica’s weight was the subject of an animated cartoon commercial aired on FOX NFL Sunday, October 11th. Ouch. The clip, which was said to have been presented by the Burger chain, it questioned how Dallas Cowboys’ Tony Romo could date Jessica even after she blew up bigger than Flozell Adams!
