Michael Lohan is back at it, and released another audio tape of Dina Lohan babbling about how Lindsay Lohan should go to rehab. We predicted this would just get uglier, and we’re assuming Radar is paying Michael Lohan a pretty penny to release all this garbage.

Anyway, this time Dina is lamenting to Michael that getting Lindsay to rehab isn’t as easy as it sounds. It isn’t as if she can lure her into the car with a line of cocaine and bump of crystal meth (hm — it’s an idea, no?). (via RadarOnline.com)

Lindsay Lohan may really be seeking legal action against Michael Lohan. Michael ruthlessly released some audio tapes this morning of a sobbing Lindsay crying into the phone, complaining about her life and alluding to having a drug problem.

Lindsay swiftly replied via Twitter (who needs a publicist!) saying:

Michael Lohan says he will shut up if Lindsay Lohan goes to rehab. Come on Lindsay, do it for America! Michael firmly believes rehab will help Lindsay, but did he forget she’s already been there three times? What good would forcing her to go now do?

Lindsay Lohan made out with Gerard Butler over the weekend. Supposedly, Lindsay and Gerard met (once again) at the launch of the Sol Kerzner Mazagan Beach Resort in Morocco where they shared a (probably drunk and chemical-induced) kiss on the dance floor. Must be love!

Lindsay was apparently flying high and in great spirits and actually over Samantha Ronson. For probably about twenty minutes. She told The Mirror:

Lindsay Lohan calls her dad – Michael Lohan – a lunatic. Ouch. It’s no secret there is no love lost between these two, or actually, any of Lindsay’s siblings and her dad Michael. Why is she suddenly calling him out? Does Lindsay have ulterior motives as well?

According to the Sun, Lindsay was spotted leaving the Chateau Marmont hotel in Hollywood with Petey. And you know what that means…

Lindsay Lohan hopes to buy off her dad Michael Lohan. Lindsay and her mother Dina are supposedly working on a desperate deal for Michael. They want to offer him money to keep him from releasing phone conversations between himself and Dina regarding Lindsay alcohol and drug use. Uh oh. Lindsay is supposed to be clean!
