This is the call from December 10, 2010, the night when the then Betty Ford rehab worker, Holland accused Lindsay and two other girls of violating curfew and drinking.

Lindsay Lohan and Betty Ford Center employee Dawn Holland are heard yelling in a newly released 911 tape from December 12, 2010 that resulted in a police investigation.

“I have a problem because Lindsay Lohan pushed me and hit me with a phone while I was trying to talk to you,” Holland.

“So you want to file charges against her,” responds the police.

“Yes, I think I do,” Holland.

The two women struggle for the phone for six minutes during the call from the Palm Desert rehab facility.

After the world speculated she was back on the sauce, Lindsay tweeted and told news outlets:

“Funny how making a joke can turn into…. well, me falling and a story.. #twisted.” ”I was NOT drinking, nor do I drink! I was with my brother, sister and friends. I was making a joke. They’re trying to make something out of nothing. Just because I’m out doesn’t mean I’m drinking.”

While rumors swirled then that Lohan paid off the disgruntled rehab worker, sources close the case say it was just lack of evidence and LiLo was let go because they couldn’t prove that she did in fact commit the crime.

Now onto her next court date: the felony grand theft charge. Let’s hope for an equally optimistic result with this one as well.

Why would any woman hook up with this man who has been arrested and charged with domestic assault several times recently?

Lohan posted a few pictures on his Twitter account of his new girlfriend, a woman named Bernadette.

Lohan talked to RadarOnline.com about his new girlfriend. “Bernadette is a nurse who I met at the beach in Florida. I’m here with her now but after I get back to Los Angeles, she’s coming up to New York with me.”

He also added, “We’ve been together day and night, every day.”

Does anyone see this relationship going somewhere? Will she move to New York for him or is it a ploy so he pays for her vacation? Lindsay will probably have a comment about this development!

Although, I’m not convinced this isn’t yet another ego trio of LiLo‘s. Perhaps she feels famous enough to be another one-name celebrity like Madonna or Cher. Sigh. Dina Lohan told PopEater.com:

“Lindsay is dropping the Lohan and just going by Lindsay. Plus, me and [younger daughter] Ali will be officially changing our last names back to my maiden name, Sullivan…So many of the greatest people in showbiz are known by just their first name. Look at Oprah and Beyonce. Now you can add Lindsay to that list,” a family friend tells me. “And it’s a way for them all to start over. No one in the family want anything to do with Lindsay’s father [Michael Lohan] anymore and that includes sharing a last name.”

She might not prove she is innocent, but since the jewelry store sold the surveillance tape, they shot themselves in the foot anyway!

“She was never going to plead guilty to a crime she didn’t commit,” Dina told RadarOnline.com.

“All along Lindsay has never wavered regarding her innocence.”

In a statement to RadarOnline.com, Holley said that many people felt Lindsay should take the plea, and advised her to do so, but that she was confident the Mean Girls star would be triumphant after having her day in court.

While the plea deal would have granted Lohan 3 years probation, she could get off scot free if her assigned judge, Judge Stephanie Sautner, decides she didn’t steal the jewelry, afterall.

Lindsay started out going to clubs and drinking water after her last release from rehab. Then she relapsed…will she relapse again?

While spending time in New York City over the last week, Lohan, 24, calmed her nerves with a string of nightclub outings, reportedly hitting seven different hotspots in four days.

On Thursday while at Riff Raff’s, an onlooker tells PEOPLE that Lohan was “with a girlfriend and she was clutching onto her signature can of Red Bull. She was definitely in a partying mood.”

Lindsay has said she just likes to dance and hang out. Do you think she will stay sober this time or is another relapse in her future?

Michael was picked up in Beverly Hills after his girlfriend had visible marks on her body. She made the call to police herself after Michael left their home.

Law enforcement sources tell us … Lohan’s girlfriend filed a report with the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department between 9:30 and 10:00 PM tonight … claiming they got into an argument that turned physical … and she had some visible marking from the alleged incident.

Cops went out and tracked down Lohan — and arrested him on suspicion of domestic violence.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … Lohan will be charged with domestic violence, false imprisonment, preventing the reporting of victimization.

False imprisonment? What in the world was Michael doing? And who in their right mind would date this man with his record?

Indeed, Lindsay is Hollywood party hopper and hanging out with Samantha Ronson and friends. Just like she did before. PopEater spoke to a clinical psychologist who said:

“People, places and things can all be triggers for a relapse,” Dr. Paul Hokemeyer, a marriage and family therapist with Caron Treatment Centers. “Even if she is technically still sober — that kind of behavior can lead a person back to their old unhealthy habits.”

Lindsay is expected back in court Friday. It’s here where she will either plead guilty or not guilty and then face the laborious process of appeal. Good luck, Lindsay!

That’s one more thing being added to her probation report supposedly. Are there people out to get Lindsay or what?

Sources familiar with the report tell TMZ … Lindsay fessed up to her probation officer … she was drinking Kombucha tea, which has an alcohol content of 0.5% or less … and now the L.A. County Probation Department added it to the list of reasons why the judge should violate her probation and send her to jail.

Lindsay was so bold … she actually left one of her alcohol ed classes clutching a bottle of Kombucha.

Do you think this is starting to get ridiculous? Less than 1% and it is going on her report? But then, Lindsay was told last year it was a violation…so who’s in the wrong here?

Lohan is also said to be working with a personal trainer everyday to improve her fitness. Good girl, Lindsay! We are so used to seeing photos of LiLo having a cigarette in her hand but there is really a time for everything, isn’t it? Guess it’s time to kick the stinky habit! Good job!

Lindsay seemed to be getting along well with her father. What happened?

The drama began when cast member Michael Lohan “wanted Lindsay, Ali, and the rest of the family to come for ‘family day.’ Michael even wanted Dina to come. They all refused, they don’t want to appear on camera in that setting, period. Michael was very upset and emotions were very raw for him. Lindsay and Dina are processing paperwork against the jeweler who was only trying to recoup some money in the first place!

Lindsay Lohan is preparing to sue Kamofie & Company jewelry store — claiming they had no right to cash in from the sale of the infamous surveillance tape … because Lindsay never gave them the right to use her image for profit … TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to the surveillance video tell TMZ … Kamofie sold the rights to distribute the tape to the Associated Press for at least $40k. The AP has since struck a deal with “Entertainment Tonight” in which the show got exclusive rights to air the tape for one week.

Does Lindsay have a right to sue these people? They did make a profit from the tape AND they might have shot their case against theft in the process. Is Lindsay a victim here now?
