Lindsay Lohan wants to drop “Lohan” from her name and be addressed simply as “Lindsay.” Why? Because of Michael Lohan naturally, in fact, the entire family would love to distance themselves from the estranged patriarch.
Although, I’m not convinced this isn’t yet another ego trio of LiLo‘s. Perhaps she feels famous enough to be another one-name celebrity like Madonna or Cher. Sigh. Dina Lohan told PopEater.com:
Lindsay Lohan never had intentions of taking any type of plea deal, according to her mom Dina Lohan. Dina says that what leaked in the press was never accurate and Lindsay always had intentions of going to trial and proving her innocence.
She might not prove she is innocent, but since the jewelry store sold the surveillance tape, they shot themselves in the foot anyway!
“She was never going to plead guilty to a crime she didn’t commit,” Dina told RadarOnline.com.
Lindsay Lohan rejected her plea deal today and is going to trial on April 22nd. Fresh out of rehab, Lohan got herself in trouble once again, naturally. After swiping a $2500 necklace she claimed was on loan, Lohan now faces a felony grand theft charge which could land her in prison. Wonder who will end up in jail first: her or her dad?
Lindsay Lohan has been visiting her favorite places in NYC – the clubs! Lindsay has been in New York for work, but sources claim she has hit up as many as 7 clubs in a four day span! Is that good for a recovering alcoholic?
