Mel seemed to have jumped the gun a bit and sent her bodyguard and husband out to rough up a realtor/appraiser. The realtor was taking pictures to get an estimate on resale values. Oops. From Contact Music:

Amado Aguirre claims he was sitting in his car outside the singer’s Los Angeles home taking pictures of houses in the street to help appraise the value of a neighbouring property.

According to the civil lawsuit, filed at the Superior Court of California, Brown and her husband Stephan Belafonte were walking their dog outside when they noticed Aguirre and alerted their minder.

Aguirre alleges the unnamed bodyguard reached into the vehicle and attempted to snatch his camera. He claims to have suffered serious bodily injury in the resulting scuffle.

The realtor is suing for an unspecified amount of damages.

Maybe the bodyguard should have asked what he was doing before he grabbed the camera away? Mel could have asked herself too, since she was already out there walking her dog!

So out came the clippers as Scary Spice, 34, shaved the right side of her scalp for an updated hairstyle which she decorated with stars for her big occasion.

Oh that’s just the sit up part.. Mel isn’t done yet:

 ”Before, I did overall training, but a few months ago I got more specific about my routine,” she explains. “I’m on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I walk for two minutes, then sprint for three minutes, walk for two minutes and so on. Then for the other 30 minutes I’ll work on my legs one day and then for the next session I’ll use weights for my arms.”

Mel’s One Hour Gym Workout:

Run on the treadmill for 25-30 minutes, alternating two minutes of walking and three minutes of sprinting, for up to thirty minutes.
For the remaining 30 minutes of the workout, alternate work on your doing arms one day and your legs the next.
I use weights on my arms. I do rows – three different types: bicep curls, arm circles and pull-backs. Do 15 repetitions of each using 8kg weights

Legs: I do a mixture of classic squats and tighter squats – where you stand with legs further apart and just lightly bounce up and down. – via News of the World

Exercise, rather than diet, has always been Mel’s means of transforming her body. Of course Mel B has her own fitness DVD, it’s called Mel B- Totally Fit.

Now I fully understand why I don’t have a Mel B body.. hmmm.

How does Mel get a body like this? Apparently she does a whooping 600 sit-ups four or five times a week along with everything else! Ouch! You still want six-pack? Work on it.

To me, this sounds like wishful thinking on the part of their manager and not a confirmed appearance. Melanie B, Geri and Victoria have busy lives, and Mel C and Emma have new babies. Are they really going to do this gig?

It seems there is no Spice Girl reunion planned. Mel said this via the Mirror:

Mel B has poured doubt on rumours of another Spice Girl reunion, rejecting stories that the girls have “really exciting” plans coming up.

She took to her Twitter page to exclaim she knows nothing about reports quoting her as saying there is a Spice Girl-related surprise in the pipeline.

The mistaken quotes read: “We are definitely going to be doing something together again soon. I don’t want to spoil the surprise but it’s really, really exciting.”

While a Spice Girls reunion would be cool, it hasn’t been that long since they just finished a World Tour. Why would they do it again so soon? I wonder what they really do have planned though…what do you think it is?

Melanie and Kelly strip to skivvies but don’t actually get nude in their show, Peepshow.  It has opened to rave reviews, actually being a good show with a plot!  So why wouldn’t Lindsay want a piece of this action? From People Magazine:

Lohan was in Las Vegas Saturday taking in the performance that stars former Dancing with the Stars contestants Melanie Brown and Kelly Monaco. If Lohan were to join the show, she would take over for Monaco in several months in a role that requires Monaco to strip down to almost nothing – something that won’t change if Lohan starred.

Maybe Lindsay needs to put on some weight, so she has a figure actually!  If you look closely at the pictures, Kelly and Mel have curvy, busty figures.  Lindsay is no curve!

“To see the kid, he’d have to see the mother,” a friend of the Norbit actor, 47 (who has five other children by his ex-wife Nicole Mitchell, and two from a previous relationship), tells OK!. “Maybe when she’s older, Eddie will see Angel, but not now.”

Is this some kind of weird triangle or what?  Do you think Mel wanted to get pregnant?  She sure married the Belafonte dude quickly after she had an infant.
