Rihanna is being sued by photographer David LaChapelle over her S & M video. David is a photographer who has done some high profile work in major US magazines. He says various parts of Rihanna’s video are blatant copying of his work.
Rihanna’s video is banned in many countries and is highly sexual, so many people probably haven’t even seen it yet to be able to make the comparisons!
Rihanna wants the restraining order against Chris Brown lifted a little. Rihanna has asked a judge to relax some of the rules when it comes to no contact between her and Chris, especially at events like the upcoming Grammy Awards this weekend.
