BRISTOL PALIN seems to have gone under the knife to enhance her looks. She definitely looks different now compared to last year, and frankly, it doesn’t look like the changes to her face were achieved through natural means.
Bristol, who used to have a slightly chubbier face, is now sporting more chiseled features. She seems to have more defined cheekbones, which could be the result of liposuction, and a more prominent chin, which could be attributed to a chin implant.

Teen mom Maci Bookout got a boob job! Maci is best known for documenting her struggles as a teen mother on the MTV reality TV show “Teen Mom.” The 19-year-old young mother has gone under the knife for a breast enlargement surgery.
“Maci did have breast-enlargement surgery,” a friend of Maci’s tells Life & Style magazine.
The reality star who appears to have gone from an A-cup to a C-cup is determined to stay famous. she has hired herself a Hollywood agent and is planning to pen her own book. The topic? Being a teen mother, of course.

Hm. You know – I’ve had the flu, gee, several times and swollen lips never seem to happen to me, but oh well, perhaps she contracted an exotic virus.
Anyway, Kim said:
Victoria Beckham has removed her breast implants! After years of speculation, Posh has casually admitted that she had implants and had those DD taken out last year.
During a recent interview with British Vogue,“No torpedo bazookas, either. Gone.” – Beckham admitted she had undergone an operation to get them removed, reports The Mirror.
That’s that, she didn’t elaborate further.
