Uh-oh!

50 Cent posted a song as part of an album online recently, and Robert Poindexter of the band The Persuaders is definitely not happy—because he claims that the rapper stole a part of it from them.

Allegedly a part of The Persuaders’ 1971 track “Love Gonna Pack Up And Walk Out,” the “stolen” snippet was turned into a part of 50 Cent’s song “Redrum” which was released online for free.

TMZ reports the suit read:

“Fifty Cents [sic] has not denied the infringement, but appears to be basing his defense solely on a frivolous and immaterial claim that the illegal version is not being commercially exploited, but is given away for free.”

Pointdexter, who also sued Kanye West early this month for stealing an instrumental part of another one of the band’s songs, is suing 50 Cent an unknown amount for statutory damages and a whopping $600,00 in punitive damages, plus interest.

“He’s a very sweet, nice guy. I was sampling, kind of, the atmosphere, seeing what was out there, and I was satiated.”

So what caused it all to end so soon?

“I don’t really like when men buy me ridiculous gifts, especially when I don’t know them well. I can buy my own gifts. I really don’t like gifts from rappers in general, since I’m not a hooker.”

Ouch! So let’s guess that her current squeeze, Andre Balazs, hasn’t made that mistake. The two have been successfully dating for a few months now.

DJ Pauly D met with 50 Cent and his people in NYC last week where they discussed the lucrative record deal; and on top of that they even tossed around the idea of a Pauly D merchandise line, specifically Pauly D branded headphones.

Nothing’s official as yet but according to sources, 50 wants it to be a done deal ASAP before Pauly D jets off to Italy to shoot the new season of Jersey Shore.

Sigh! Some people have all the luck! Pick me, pick me 50, I can blog for you! If Rebecca Black can sing, I so can too! Will you be buying Pauly D’s headphone? That’s probably a brilliant idea, isn’t it?

This time he decided to spew inanities about the horrible devastation in Japan that has left more than 10, 000 dead. He tweeted:

“Wave will hit 8am them crazy white boys gonna try to go surfing.”

“Look this is very serious people I had to evacuate all my hoe’s from LA, Hawaii and Japan. I had to do it. Lol.”

“Man they made a movie about all this 2012 now you think that was a lucky guess.”

A few hour later he must’ve been feeling guilty as he then typed out: “Some of my tweets are ignorant I do it for shock value. Hate it or love it. I’m cool either way 50cent.”

*Shaking head* Oh, Fitty – that is the perfect way to lose followers.

A source tells  Us Weekly that Handler dumped 50 Cent just before the holidays, leaving 50 Cent “heartbroken.” 50 was spotted canoodling with the late night host in October and we were all thinking.. for crying out loud this is a joke!

The source tells US Weekly 50 Cent was determined win Chelsea, 50, back and spent Christmas sending her gifts, but she sent them back. She put a note on one that said, ‘I can buy my own gifts.’

Bummer, send them my own 50!

According to a snitch of US, Handler had already set her sights on Uma Thurman’s ex, hotelier Andre Balazs, 54. The two snuck kisses at Bing Bar on January 22, according to the source. Handler and Balazs were later spotted partying at Tao before leaving together at 2:30 a.m.

“Chelsea and Andre are dating,” a Chelsea’s pal confirms to Us. “He’s exactly her type.”

Do you believe 50 is so crazy about Chelsea? Come to think about it, he’s been acting so bored on Twitter the past few months, hasn’t he? Sigh, those older women do that to your head.

According to analysts this was a great success! 50 Cent managed to net $8.7 million for the company as of yesterday’s closing bell.

Of course, 50 has a big incentive for getting people to believe in the company, H&H Imports. He himself invested 30 million shares last October.

Wonder what Chelsea Handler thinks of all this? Last time we checked, the odd couple were still being coy about their relationship while tweeting salacious pictures.

News first surfaced that Handler and 50 cent (Curtis Jackson, if you’re nasty) might be doing the deed when they were spotted hanging out in New Orleans. Handler shot down the rumors saying she and Fiddy were just friends and possibly working on a movie together.

Apparently, she’d like us all to write and speculate about this again (guilty as charged!). Under the pictures, she wrote: “I don’t know why anyone thinks I would ever date a rapper.”

Well, at least 50 Cent thinks she’s funny…

While there wasn’t an smoke per se, Fitty and Chelsea looked suspiciously close and there were rumors the two are casual sexy friends when in the same city.

Unfortunately, all of our crazy imaginations were told to calm down when she denied it all today.

“Everyone, calm down,” Chelsea tweeted, “I met with Mr. Cent about a potential project. There’s nothing to report yet, ill let you know if there is.

I do kind of think Chelsea would give the world a heads up if she and 50 cent were dating. She did tell the world when she called it quits with her two most current flames.

But no! A “source” close to the couple say this is very much “on” but maybe not in a true love kind of a way.

“It’s been going on awhile,” the source says of the comedienne and the rapper, both 35. “It’s more of a hookup thing — whenever they are in the same town.”

While neither of their reps could be reached for comment, 50 Cent has mentioned before on his Twitter that he finds Chelsea Handler “gorgeous.”

50 said this isn’t the first time he went on liquids; back in 2000 when he was shot in the jaw, he could drink only liquids and his weight dropped to 157.

Don’t worry 50 has been gaining the lost weight and he’s back up to 198 pounds already.

In his starring role in Things Fall Apart, Fitty plays a college football player diagnosed with cancer. 50 admits he practically starved himself but tells fans not to worry — he’s back on tour now and eating like crazy.
