Hats off to Victoria’s Secret angels and their incredible stamina!

Why let the matter of a burgeoning belly keep you from earning your bread and butter? Even if your main livelihood is earned on the catwalk…

Ambrosio didn’t let her expanding belly get in the way of work, strutting in heels in tiny, leather-trimmed shorts paired with an oversized sweater. She also did another turn in a ’60s-style blue and gray drop-waist mini-dress, grinning broadly as she proudly cupped her growing baby bump.

Alessandra earlier announced she was pregnant with her second child after strutting her stuff in angel wings at a Victoria’s Secret Lingerie fashion show when she was three months along last year.

Is Alessandra starting a fashion trend among her peers? Because we especially like the message she’s sending by continuing to walk the runway despite her pregnancy.

Days after announcing her second pregnancy to celebrity news, Alessandra debuted her baby bump by posting a photo on Facebook of herself and her daughter Anja on the beach. Along with the photo, Alessandra wrote:

“Anja, Jamie and I are overjoyed and extremely appreciative of all the wonderful wishes we’ve received!! 2011 has been a year filled with incredible gifts and this is the ultimate blessing!!”

She added:

“Anja has filled our lives with love and we can’t wait to welcome the new baby into the family this spring!!”

Annoyingly, the Victoria’s Secret Angel is still as slim as ever, despite her growing belly. But never mind the petty jealousy from us lesser, flabbier beings.

Congratulations again, Alessandra!

The 30-year-old Brazilian model has a three-year-old daughter, Anja Louise Ambrosio Mazur by her fiance, and with her second pregnancy, celebrity gossip websites are rejoicing that Alessandra is set to bring another beautiful face into the world five months from now…

Yes, she’s four months along, though it didn’t show all that much during last month’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Alessandra reportedly surprised Mazur on his birthday in September with the news she was expecting their second child.

“Family is the most important thing for me and I’m thrilled to be adding to the family. I’m fortunate to have a loving and supportive family. It’s a blessing that it will soon be growing,”

Alessandra, one of the world’s highest paid models, told US Weekly.

And we’re all placing our bets on how fast she bounces back from her second pregnancy to dominate the catwalks once again…

The book has been raising a lot of eyebrows with it’s bevy of female celebrities and models, from Lady Gaga to Canadian musician Sara McLachlan, who’ve posed naked in large format, with their backsides bared prominently to the camera…because in case you didn’t know, “cullo” is a slang Italian term for “buttocks”… and if you’re a backside enthusiast, you’re sure to go in thrall over this book…

Famed photographer Raphael Mazzuco got to squeeze (pun intended) his camera’s shutter button on all kinds of celebrity behinds, from Gaga, Stacy “Fergie” Ferguson, Nicole Scherzinger, Sarah McLachlan, Stacy Keibler, Irina Shayk and Alessandra Ambrosio, among 200 other butt cheeks.

And wouldn’t you know? The book is calling the female derriere the “new epicenter of female sexuality, desire and empowerment.”

Eh? Us, we just like to look.

So take a gander and see if you can recognize which pair of buttocks belongs to whom…

Besides having amazing genes, the Victoria’s Secret supermodel stays fit by doing the Brazilian Butt Lift with her Brazilian trainer, Leandro Carvalh. Brazilian butt lift? It’s a mix of samba, capoeira and aerobics.

The famous Brazalian trainer has released a Brazilian Butt Lift video so you can also work out like a supermodel in the comfort of your own home.

As the Toronto Sun reports, they don’t skimp on security measures.

“It’s like we’re walking into NASA,” said the cameraman. We’d been sniffed by guard dogs and eyed by U.S. soldiers before being allowed in.

The fact that 29-year-old Brazilian model Adriana Lima is wearing a bra encrusted with 60 carats worth of diamonds and 82 carats of topazes and sapphires valued at $2 million – hello, recession? – goes a little way to explaining the troops.

It’s the 15th edition of VC Fashow Show which pulls in 11 million viewers each year! One word to describe it “glamorous.”  The show will air November 30 on CBS and in 185 other countries.

Don’t forget to tune into a night filled with angels! Also a time to feel inspired and get our bodies in top shape? Right before we dig into our stuffing filled turkeys and pumpkin pies!

Little Anja was born on August 24, 2008 so she’s just about 20 months old but already resemble her mommy’s ever so gorgeous features. Little junior might well take on her mother’s footsteps and become a supermodel as she grows up. The Victoria Secret girls start coming out, you know what that means! Summer. Miranda shares some tips for her awesome figure via E! Online:

“The first step is eating healthy,” Miranda told me. “I predominantly eat organic when I can. I eat extremely healthy because when I do, I have more energy.”

Some of her go-to foods are “spinach, avocado, lots of greens and broccoli.”

“I’m pretty much 80 percent healthy, 20 percent indulgent, because I don’t believe in depriving yourself,” she said, admitting she sometimes eats french fries.

I don’t know…she looks pretty thin if she indulges sometimes. What do you think of how thin Miranda and the rest look?

I am so jealous, we have -10 C everyday lately or it was – 15 so I should be elated and gosh, I would love to be in the Caribbean right now! Although I can’t really complain since I was in Thailand for two weeks over the holiday, great food, great people and great weather.

Speaking of the Caribbean, Miranda’s Pirates of the Caribbean beau, Orlando Bloom is out in Park City, Utah for the Sundance film festival. You want to see a lot of celebrities all in one pack? Hit Sundance you’ll see the D-listers to the A and a lot of no-listers too. Thinking of who?? No names given.

Did you know that the outfit Bruno had on the MTV Movie Awards red carpet, he found it first on his Marie Claire cover shoot? 

‘Vy do zey give out nobel prizes for physics, medicine und svimming, but not for fashion?’ asks Bruno. ‘Fashion is ze most important und lifesaving of all ze sciences,’ Bruno told Marie Claire.

Bruno alongside Alessandra – funny combination but sure catches your attention. I won’t say it’s beauty and the beast because Bruno isn’t beasty – beauty and the joker makes more sense.

The 27-year-old Brazilian supermodel became a new mom last August. Her and her beau, Jamie Mazur welcomed their first child, daughter, Anja Louise Ambrosio Mazur. 

Ambrosio admits to loving chocolate and guess what? She indulges in it daily. Oh.. what gives, eating chocolate regularly and being this fit? She works at keeping herself in top shape. Alessandra trains with her Brazilian trainer doing the Brazilian Butt Lift, which is a mix of samba, capoeira and aerobics.

What do they say? No pain, no gain? It’s Jane Fonda’s exercise motto!  Don’t be a couch potato! Get in shape before the summer!

The Victoria’s Secret supermodel is in the Caribbean doing a photo shoot for the latest Victoria’s Secret catalog. Life is tough, isn’t it? So glad to have her back, Alessandra’s my favorite angel as my regular readers would be able to tell you!

I wonder if Ambrosio had to do lots of ab crunches to get in shape this fast or she’s just naturally fit, you think?

Alessandra – the stunning Victoria’s Secret model – and her boyfriend Jamie Mazur were reportedly thrilled with the pregnancy.  And if I was Jamie, heck yeah!  Now you’re tied for life to a Brazilian supermodel, so not only is there beauty in your life, but probably a LOT of money.

But the fun part is there is speculation that Alessandra had the baby.  According to Knocked Up Celebs, Marisa Miller – another VS model and friend said on her MySpace page that Alessandra’s water had broken and the pair were in the hospital awaiting delivery.  Another source claims the baby was born, it’s a girl and she was named Anja.  Hmmm….will there be an official announcement soon?

Ambrosio was born in a small town of Erechim, Brazil on April 11, 1981 to petrol station-owner parents. She is of Italian and Polish descent. She was just eight years old when she decided she wanted to be a model, after seeing a picture of top covergirl Karen Mulder in a magazine. “I wanted to be like her,” she recalls. However, she felt insecure about her appearance, particularly of her large, obvious ears. So at 11, she had cosmetic surgery done to get her ears pinned back. Unfortunately, as celebrity news reported, she had complications from the surgery for the two years following.

When Ambrosio was 12 years old, she enrolled in modeling classes then, began modeling for Dilson Stein at age 15. Winning Brazil’s Elite Model Look started her modeling career. Her first big modeling job was the cover of the Brazilian Elle magazine. Elite passed along some of her Polaroids to Guess which led her to do the Millennium GUESS? campaign along with her friend and fellow Brazilian supermodel Ana Beatriz Barros.

Ambrosio loves surfing, seeing bands, drinking caipirinha and eating chocolates, which she admits to indulging in every day. Guess some people just have super genes!
