Ali has kept mum about the issue ever since it first came up. People have been speculating for months that Lindsay’s little sis got some serious plastic surgery done after a couple of photos of her looking drastically different (and scary skinny) began making the rounds on blogs and magazines. Though Lindsay and even her modeling agency immediately came to her defense, Ali simply kept silent… until now.

Ali tells Page Six:

“It’s stupid… I don’t listen to it. It’s absolutely not true.”

She adds:

“I was cracking up. Because, like, when would I do that? I’m 17 years old.”

But she really does look extremely different from the old Ali Lohan we’ve all grown accustomed to. She has a more prominent chin, her eyebrows appear higher, her nose and cheekbones look different, her lips are much fuller, and even her eyes appear different. How does she explain that?

Despite the obvious changes, Ali insists that she did not get surgery, and says that her mother, Dina Lohan, would never allow her to do such a thing. She says:

“That’s not legal! I would need my mother’s signature, and do you think my mom would ever sign off on that? No!’”

Hmm. What do you think? Are you buying it?

Granted, star news doesn’t really believe Hugh Hefner would impose an R-rating on the mansion and bar underage girls from entering it’s decadently vaunted doors (heck, the mansion probably had it’s fair share of resident jailbait meat in the last 30 years), but shouldn’t Lindsay have known better than to allow Ali to tag along to her naked celebrity photo shoot?

We know Ali’s an up-and-coming model and all that, but we’re hoping she’d aspire higher than a nude spread on Playboy to cap her career. Besides, we don’t think the Playboy CEO’s tastes for his publication run into emaciated brunettes who’ve lost any semblance of chest and bum due to extreme dieting.

“The photo shoot went well,”

Mom Dina Lohan, she of the graphic, tell-all Lindsay book, was quoted as saying.

Of course, she would. That $1 million will go a long way to funding the lifestyle she’s used to leading when Lindsay used to be an A-lister.

And she really doesn’t seem to care a fart that her younger minor-aged daughter was exposed to the sleazy world of soft porn while moonlighting as sis Lindsay‘s personal assistant for the photo shoot.

It seems Ali‘s been working hard to fulfill all the requirements she believes a model ought to have, and this includes either:  a) starving herself half to death, or  b) going under the knife. Only Ali could reveal the answer to that now. And we’re guessing she’s not going to spill…

Both Lindsay and mom, Dina Lohan have proclaimed to anyone who would listen that there’s nothing possibly wrong with Ali’s new body…they think she’s gorgeous. You can’t fault one’s family for being unswervingly loyal. Or maybe they were thinking about the money Ali‘d be bringing in from her modeling gigs? Who’s to say?

Strangely enough, Ali‘s modeling agency, Next Model Management, have denied the plastic surgery rumors. So scratch liposuction or gastric lap band surgery. The only other possibility would be of 17-year-old Ali starving herself to the bone to supplement the family income in the face of unemployable Lindsay‘s legal troubles.

Oh please, Lindsay. You should be worrying about her, not encouraging her!

Celebrity gossip websites are currently buzzing about Ali Lohan’s dramatic transformation, and though a lot of people are worried about how drastically thin she’s become, Lindsay apparently thinks it’s no big deal. LiLo took to Twitter on Friday and said:

“I love how haters pick on my sister yet every runway model is just as thin! My sister is gorgeous and I’m so proud of her and her career!!!!”

While Lindsay may think that Ali’s scary thin body is “gorgeous,” their father, Michael Lohan, thinks differently. He recently told RadarOnline.com:

“It’s scary to see my daughter looking like this. Ali was always on the thin side but seeing how much weight she’s lost there appears to be a drastic change that concerns me.”

Ali, who recently signed a contract with NEXT Model Management, is under fire for her drastically altered appearance. Not only is she extremely skinny, but also her face is barely recognizable. The aspiring model is now constantly surrounded by rumors of plastic surgery and an eating disorder.

Recent photos of Ali reveal her to have undergone a drastic change—she’s got fuller lips, hollow cheeks, a more prominent chin, and a thinner nose. In fact, even her eyes look different! However, despite the very noticeable changes, her modeling agency, Next Model Management, is adamant that she has not had any work done.

Alexis Borgers, Next Model Management’s agency director, says:

“Contrary to recent reports, I can confirm that Aliana Lohan has not had any surgery… As a young girl who is growing up, it’s natural for her facial features to change slightly, and we see this with many of the younger models we represent. Aliana is a beautiful 17-year-old girl who is growing into her face and body, as is the norm for someone of her age. We take pastoral care of our models very seriously and encourage the models to maintain a healthy lifestyle and body shape.”

Lindsay herself came to Ali’s defense, saying that her sister “has never” had plastic surgery.

However, according to New York plastic surgeon Dr. Jon Turk, Ali definitely looks like she got some work done. The doctor told Us Weekly:

“The most striking changes are the nose and chin… It appears that she has had a rhinoplasty and chin implant, giving her a narrower and more defined nose as well as a stronger jawline.”

Dr. Turk added:

“There is also evidence of cheek augmentation, either with implants or fillers. The brow has been elevated either surgically or with Botox.”

In fact Hollywood news thinks she doesn’t even look like a Lohan anymore. Is her modelling job so grueling she’s lost that much weight in a matter of a couple of months? Or did Next model demand she do something about that baby fat? Rosie Huntington-Whiteley didn’t cave in under that kind of bullying, why should Ali?

Ali‘s too young to head on down towards that spiral sister Lindsay seems to be traveling on. Her face has undergone such a dramatic change, and unless she has cancer or hero worships androgynous male model Andrej Pejic, we really think she should take a step back before she does something truly terrible to mess up what’s left of her childhood.

NEXT director Alexis Borges exclaimed.

“One that fashion fans will follow not because of her famous last name, but because of the beautiful images and fashion trends she is helping create.”

Ali Lohan, Lindsay Lohan’s kid sis, is striking a sexy pose. The 16-year-old is the face (and body) of LiLo’s 6126 by Lindsay Lohan spring 2011 collection.

The line—which includes skimpy lace dresses, plunging tops and signature leggings—was designed to be “fashion forward but also really comfortable and of high quality so that they maintain their fit and look all day and night,” Lohan said in a statement.

I guess we shouldn’t be surprised since this is the Lohan family, right? Are these outfits you would let a 16 year old wear? Would you buy them for yourself?

According to a source close to the trio, Dina and Ali are running Eleonore ragged.

But now she has to do Dina and Ali Lohan‘s bidding. We’re told Dina “goes on about nothing for days,” constantly rambling about potential business deals. One such “deal” centers around a storage unit Lindsay has with her old clothes and other belongings that don’t fit in her apartment. According to our sources, Dina thinks there’s money to be made off the stuff with a Lohan garage sale.

Throw 16-year-old Ali in the mix and now Eleonore’s got double the errands, pick ups, drop offs, etc … and suddenly someone’s counting down to Lindsay’s release.

Ugh. Sounds like hell on earth. Wonder what Michael Lohan has to say about all this. I go back and forth wondering who is the biggest villian in the Lohan family.

What mother lets their 16 year old have surgery like that?

For the most part, Ali has been wearing baggy clothes and hiding her face when she and her mom visit Lindsay. A day ago, I thought that Ali was trying to avoid the cameras because she had been crying. But now I’m wondering if she was post-surgery, and this is her big debut, in a tight white tank, of course. Would you put it past Dina to let her 16-year-old daughter get implants?

Oiy. I guess it’ one way to deflect attention from your sister in jail! Do you think Ali got a boob job?

Besides everything else, Lohan was recently axed from a new film “The Other Side“. Lohan was signed on to work for the thriller co-starring Woody Harrelson but somehow the fianciers of the film didn’t think they could rely on LiLo. Why is Lindsay so unbankable? Her ex Samantha Ronson has this to say to TMZ when asked: Lindsay is an angry human being.

Oh Lindsay, we want to see you revamp your image. Seriously I would much rather write about LiLo getting her acts together than all these negative stories.

Well, things have gotten even stickier as Dina Lohan told usmagazine.com that Lindsay and Ali plan to get a restraining order against their father. Michael Lohan told the press after breaking into her home and seeing its mess, that he wanted Lindsay in rehab or wants conservatorship. Not so fast, Papa.

“We will be getting restraining orders… It will happen imminently,” Dina says. “My children are petrified of him. He says, ‘I’m worried about Ali!’ Then pay child support! He doesn’t even talk to Ali, and he hasn’t seen Ali. All my kids… he’s never been there. He’s been in and out of jail for 10 years,” says Lohan. “This guy has to be stopped. He’s dangerous!”

Michael fired back that Dina is an “enabler” and has no interest in giving Lindsay the help she needs.

Oh, Lord. What a tangled web — can we just vote them all off the island?

Casey Johnson’s death wasn’t making the news rounds until between 6:30 and 8:30 pm EST. I doubt Lindsay would have been notified earlier than family members, meaning these pictures are probably because of a fight. From Fame:

After Lindsay Lohan allegedly threw a punch at a guy who was getting too close to her younger sister Ali at a nightclub, the two exhibit some bizarre behavior on their yacht early this morning, the 4th of January. Sources say that Lindsay repeatedly warned the young man to leave her sister alone and viciously punched him when he did not stop.

Bodyguards arrived quickly to stop the fight and Ali returned to the boat, while Lindsay and a male friend stayed for another hour. On a yacht still riddled with vodka bottles from the long night of partying, the Lohan sisters laughed and cried as they made phone calls, trying to determine the severity of the fight and the consequences that may put a stop to their indulgent vacation.

Since these were supposedly early in the morning, I don’t think the times mesh up. They wouldn’t have found out about Casey’s death for at least a few more hours, since it was almost noon California time when the body was found.

Ali looks pale, has dark circles under her eyes and just doesn’t appear like a 16 year old should when on a beach vacation. Why didn’t a parent accompany her? I’m shocked she isn’t puffing on a cigarette like Lindsay is. She looks thin and ghostly if you ask me. I hope it’s just these photographs.

Supposedly, Lindsay is protecting Ali. However, I think Lindsay has a severe need to feel secure herself. God knows her parents didn’t make her feel good. From Fox 411:

“ She’ll get two rooms, but put all the clothes and luggage in one room. She needs the support and love that having Ali around gives her. Having Ali by her side gives her comfort and she likes to think she is also protecting Ali.”

And while Lindsay hardly seems to be in a position to protect anyone, perhaps her instincts are for good reason. In the latest leaked conversation from Michael Lohan, Lindsay’s mother Dina discusses the status of Lindsay’s cutting/self-mutilation habits.

“The release of all the audio tapes has been terrible for Lindsay. She will never trust her father again and she’s had to handle a lot of it on her own.”

How is Lindsay protecting Ali by taking her to clubs, exposing her to drinking and drugs? Dina, step in and take care of your kids!

LiLo told the most recent issue of Life and Style (via Eonline.com):

“She tougher than I am,” Linds told Life & Style. “She has a good head on her shoulders. Maybe it was different for me because I didn’t know what to expect and it just happened really fast. I didn’t have a big sister.”

Ali is also the responsible one, too. She’s ready to pack it up and call it an evening before her more mature and wise sister.

“She’s really good about that,” Lindsay says. ”If I’m going out late, she’ll go home early.”

This is my open letter to Ali Lohan.
Your not entitled to anything simply because your sister has a recognizable name. Your idea of fame isn’t fame. It’s infamy. You want to be famous? Work your ass off and make decisions that could potentially catapult your career into a lasting one. Notariety for who you are and notaritey for the work you produce are two completely differnt things. I understand that you have been brought up in an envirtoment where the idea of fame is easily achievable but, that’s not an excuse. You lack the talent, social understanding and credibility to be anything other then infamous. Your careere choices, thus far, will transcend a future career as someone who attempted to be famous, but never quite achieved it. And if you do, it will be the formality of fame that puts you on the covers of tabloids, while the public idly watches you plumit into the murky abyss shared with the likes of Spencer Pratt & Jon Gosslin who, i’m sure, will steal your money whilst there. Fortunately for the world, there are people who have and don’t have recognizable names, who have obtained artistic integrity and will one day, hopefully, bring that tangible artisticness into light again. Though, its hard to think thats achievable when people like You ali lohan are rendering the world of true talent by attempting to make your entitled ass noticed. How is this fair to the people who HAVE artistic integrity, or a mind? How is it fair to those who truly have something to offer the human race other then a dwindling last name and a few shitty films, both of which, solidified the idea that your just a celebrities sibling. I recognize that i might come across as harsh and no, i don’t personally know you, but its the actions that you take, that speak for you. You blatently don’t care how your recognized, its the objective to get famous and that is what makes you replaceable and a recycled idea .Well, im ashamed to have to be grouped into the same category of person as you. With Lindsay’s drug and alcohol past, is it wise to let her back in to clubs, let alone take her minor sister with her? It’s not like Ali is going to keep her from the booze. She might even want some herself! According to 3am UK:

“They walked into Teddy’s at the Roosevelt Hotel around midnight. Both of them were smoking like chimneys and dancing around.” Michael Lohan, the girls’ father, has said: “I’m glad Lindsay and Ali remain so close. However, they’re independent people and are capable of making their own decisions.”

So, is that Michael’s version of saying it’s OK for his 15 year old to act that way – smoking already? Yikes! Someone step in and get Lindsay away from Ali before it’s too late…or maybe it already is.
